Workshop Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IMG4IMGS website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Enrolment terms and conditions
Non-Refundable Fees:
The course fee is non-refundable after 24 hours of enrollment. Please ensure you thoroughly review the information provided in the enrollment email before completing your registration.
Error in Enrollment:
If you believe you have enrolled in error, please notify us within 24 hours of your enrollment by contacting us at admin@img4imgs.com.au. Refunds or corrections may only be processed within this time frame.
Workshop Date Change Policy:
If you need to change your workshop date due to a visa issue or other circumstances, we’ll do our best to assist. Please note that changes depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
Notice: Request must be made at least 4 weeks before the first in-person day.
Fee: A $55 admin fee applies.
Please note that workshop date changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. To submit a request, contact us at admin@img4imgs.com.au with your full name and workshop details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Made More Than 4 Weeks Before the First Session:
If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the first in-person session, you’ll get a refund for the in-person portion, as you’ll still keep access to the online content.
Cancellations Made Less Than 4 Weeks Before the First Session:
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the first in-person session, no refund will be provided.
Cancellations Due to Visa Rejection:
If you can’t attend due to a visa rejection, you’ll get a refund minus a $400 admin fee. If you’ve watched over 50% of the online content, only the in-person portion will be refunded. To be eligible, please email your visa refusal letter with clear ID to admin@img4imgs.com.au.
Non-Refundable Fees After Enrollment:
The course fee becomes non-refundable after 24 hours of enrollment unless an error in enrollment is reported within that time frame.
Please carefully review the course details provided in the enrollment email before registering.
3. Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property Rights in the Online Course and our Services and any other related information or materials (materials) are owned or licensed by us. Except as permitted under applicable laws, no part of the material can be reproduced, adapted, distributed, displayed, transmitted or otherwise exploited for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.
You will not under these terms acquire Intellectual Property Rights in any of Our IP.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use our services responsibly and ethically. You must not:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with the security or functionality of our website or services.
- Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
5. Limitation of Liability
IMG4IMGS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
